We do allow hypo-allergenic dogs but do require approval prior to your stay and cleaned up yards.
One property is a duplex with a shared wall and shared backyard BUT the wall provides great noise protection and we have plenty of sitting areas to enjoy the outdoors for both sides. In fact, most people who stay end up making friends with the neighbors and enjoy having people to socialize with. The duplex also makes for large family gatherings as you can rent both sides if the dates are available.
All properties are close to restaurants and stores. Bikes, toys, games, books, and BBQ's are also included to add to your stay.
Parties are not allowed but we can allow an enjoyable and comfortable stay while in Florida.
