*** Update 3/4/23 ***
- The heated pool and hot tub are open and fully functional!
- The Laundry is open with new washers and dryers. Prices are very reasonable and credit cards are accepted.
- Clubhouse and Tiki Bar: Four feet of sheet rock have been stripped from all areas, air conditioning units have been repaired, and reconstruction will start after a plan has been developed.
- The Tiki Bar is fully open for business, and the Clubhouse is open with limited capability.
- The WiFi is available near the office, near the Clubhouse/Pool/Lanai, and in the Laundry room.
- WiFi at individual sites is provided on a per lot basis and is not fully available throughout the park.
- The cable TV system is functional on most sites. Some sites still need repair for cable TV. Owners are working on providing this to their tenants.
- The pickleball courts have been cleaned, pressure washed and are available for use.
- Please be patient with the Gulf Waters Management and Staff as we work through these issues.
