Affectionately known as The PhDiva because she is a classically trained soprano with a PhD from Harvard, Dr. April Lynn James taught herself to juggle. This skill came in handy during her doctoral years, and helped her heal from stress-induced weight gain, depression and tendinitis. She shares her varied artistic skills in order to help individuals recover their innate joy and vitality.
