Fort Myers Baseball & Spring Training

Baseball fits naturally in Southwest Florida. For baseball fans from northern states, spring training is a fun opportunity to shake off winter a little early by traveling down to warmer climates to watch their favorite baseball teams gear up for the next season.

The Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins return for spring training from late February to March. Young players from around the country attend our elite baseball camps each summer. And year-round, local leagues keep the spirit of the game in play.

Ticket prices and game schedules are released in mid-November, with ticket sales beginning in December or January, so you can plan your visit to either field in advance. With baseball games happening nearly every day during spring training, you can often grab tickets when you arrive.

Springtime baseball and warm, sunny days await. Let’s play ball!

Boston Red Sox

Since 2012, the Boston Red Sox have called JetBlue Park their springtime home. Complete with its own Green Monster, the 11,000-seat facility gives you the best of Boston without the cold weather.

Minnesota Twins

The Minnesota Twins have called Fort Myers their spring destination since 1991. Watch them play at Hammond Stadium within the larger Lee Health Sports Complex inspired by Louisville’s Churchill Downs.
